At Morabeza, we take pride in the quality of our t-shirts. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read the policy below.

📅 Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The t-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• It must be returned in the original packaging
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

1. We will notify you by email
2. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days

If you haven’t received your refund:

🔁 Exchanges

We only exchange t-shirts if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same item, email us at morabezapraia@gmail.com.

🚚 Shipping Returns

Return address will be provided via email once your request is approved.

Please note:

• You are responsible for paying return shipping
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• If your return is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund
• Use a trackable shipping method if possible — we are not responsible for lost return shipments
